Hans Advisory & Trust Co Ltd is a professional company licensed under Labuan Trust Companies Act 1990 and Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010.

Hans’ professional team comprises of trust officers, certified public accountants and lawyers to provide full range of services in incorporating Labuan entities and advising on the relevant compliance requirements in Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (LBFC).

Hans Advisory & Trust Co Ltd is also licensed to provide Trustee (for high net worth individuals and issued Bonds) and Escrow Services.

The company has been working closely with Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) to promote Labuan IBFC to the international investors.

Recent Achievements

  • Successfully applied for the first permanent ship registry under Malaysia International Ship Registry for a Singapore public listed company. Hans is actively involving in registering the foreign large vessels operating in oil and gas industry under Malaysia International Ship Registry.
  • Being appointed as the compliance panel for the projects under by Global Marine Venture Berhad (GMV). GMV is a marine venture capital investment holding company managing RM500 million fund under the Government’s Shipping Venture Fund. GMV is a subsidiary of Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad.
  • Successfully established aviation and aircraft leasing companies in Labuan for the international aviation companies and private jets owners.
  • Successfully brought over the first international submarine cable project into Labuan International Business and Financial Centre.
  • Successfully applied for the setting up of First and Second Private Trust Companies in Labuan (as at June 2011).
  • Contributed more than 20% of the approved Labuan Licensed Activities (inclusive of establishment and advising on compliance related matters to Labuan Banks, Labuan Insurance Companies, Labuan Leasing Companies and Labuan Factoring Companies.)
